1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mahoning Valley Race Course website (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Platform.

2. About the Platform

This Platform is operated by Mahoning Valley Racing, LLC, holder of Organization License #604598 — Racetrack Operator, issued by the State of Ohio Racing Commission. The Platform provides information related to horse racing events, pari-mutuel wagering types, race schedules, and the operations of Mahoning Valley Race Course in Austintown, Ohio.

3. Pari-Mutuel Wagering

All wagering conducted through or at Mahoning Valley Race Course is subject to:

• Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3769 (Horse Racing)
• Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3769 (Ohio State Racing Commission Rules)
• All rules and conditions posted at the track and published in the official race program
• Applicable federal laws governing horse racing and wagering

Pari-mutuel wagering results are determined by the official order of finish as declared by the track stewards. All decisions by the stewards and track officials are final.

4. Eligibility

To participate in pari-mutuel wagering through this platform or at the track, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not be enrolled in the Ohio Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program or any similar program
• Not be an employee of Mahoning Valley Racing, LLC or their immediate family members
• Comply with all applicable Ohio laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and truthful identification information when required

5. Wagering Rules

All wagers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagers are final and non-refundable once accepted, except as provided by official track rules
• In the event of a race cancellation or incomplete race, refund policies follow Ohio Racing Commission rules
• The Platform and track reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel wagers at any time
• Official results are posted after stewards' review — unofficial results posted during a race are subject to change
• All payouts are calculated on a pari-mutuel basis and subject to applicable takeout rates

The information provided on this Platform, including race card data, odds, horse information, and wagering guides, is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy:

• Morning line odds are estimates and subject to significant change
• Race entries and scratches may change up to post time
• Platform information does not constitute wagering advice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahoning Valley Racing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Platform or participation in pari-mutuel wagering activities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your wager giving rise to the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mahoning County, Ohio.
